Asaf Toledano, is the Executive Director of the Maccabim Association, overseeing its various projects and staff members. He holds B.A. in Social Sciences and Communications from the Management College in Rishon Le Tzion and has previously worked in the Cultural Department and Strategic Planning for the Bat Yam Municipality. Asaf has immense experience working as a youth counselor and youth programs coordinator in various settings, including the military, scout movements, schools, and juvenile detention facilities.
